We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order for any reason including but not limited to: product availability, errors in product or pricing information, suspicion of fraudulent activity, or non-verification of payment. In case of any cancellations, the amount paid (if any) will be refunded as per our refund policy.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Aura2Care aims to dispatch orders within 24–48 hours of confirmation. Local deliveries typically take 3–6 working days. During high-volume periods like sales, delivery may take up to 8–10 working days. International customers must email info@aura2care.com for delivery coordination.

We charge a flat delivery rate of Rs. 200 nationwide. Shipping charges for international orders will be shared upon inquiry. A tracking number will be provided via SMS/email once your order is dispatched.

Courier services include Call Courier (local) and DHL/FedEx (international). Delivery will be attempted twice; failure to receive the order on both attempts will result in the order being returned to us.

6. Returns & Refunds

We only accept returns in cases where the item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect. Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order. The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. For more details, refer to our Refund & Return Policy.
